We are not meant to do life alone.
I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who cares deeply about creating a space where people can be seen, heard, and accepted. I value the transformative power that relationships have to offer – a sense of presence in the midst of life’s difficulties, and the opportunity to discover new ways of being.
About Me
I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #133579) under the supervision of Debbie Hetschel (LMFT #77165, LPCC #417) , M.A., LPCC, LMFT at Relationship 180. I have experience working with a range of issues including:
anxiety

My depth-oriented approach pays particular attention to our significant relationships, how they formed us and influence the way we relate to ourselves and others.
I have my M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University and my M.A. in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care from Biola University where I was trained as a Spiritual Director.

Couples Therapy
My depth-oriented approach also extends to couples. In couples therapy, we will focus on attachment wounds and root causes that get in the way of connecting with your significant other. I am currently being trained in Attachment Core Pattern Therapy at Relationship180, based on the book How We Love by Milan and Kay Yerkovich.
Individual Therapy
I am passionate about seeing people become free from the wounds that have gotten in the way of experiencing love, relating to one’s self, and relating to others. I consider it an honor to walk with others as they discover who they were meant to be, and experience what it means to live life authentically.
Spiritual Direction & Retreats
Spiritual Direction is a space to notice the slow movements of God in your life. The intention is not to solve a problem but look at God’s activity within your life and specific contexts. I also have experience planning retreats for those looking to connect with God outside of the normal rhythms of life.
